Public's aid is needed to find missing woman
Police are asking for the public's help in finding an 86-year-old Waikiki woman last seen at about 2 p.m. Wednesday at her Lewers Street apartment.
Charlotte Ypil, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, fake rolex frequents Waikiki and Ala Moana Center, police said.
She is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing an orange top, beige pants and black shoes, and was carrying a multicolored tote bag.
Anyone who sees Ypil is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cell phone.
Man, 53, drowns while surfing on North Shore
A 53-year-old man apparently drowned yesterday while surfing a spot on Oahu's North Shore called the Seventh Hole, authorities said.
Emergency Medical Services found the man on shore as firefighters were performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the Emergency Services Department reported.

Shark sighting prompts warnings at Nanakuli
